Daisy Girl Scouts earn their health badge with a 45 minute fitness class consisting of Zumba, agility ladder, a relay and some yoga. We ended the event talking about what health means while eating healthy snacks – fruit, vegetables, yogurt and whole grain crackers. Many thanks to SJ Fitness regulars Gianna, Jaclyn, Taylor and Amber for helping. What an awesome event to be a part of!!
