Private & Small Group Training
Private training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and include a dynamic warm-up, a personalized program specific to the client's needs and goals, and end with a cool-down and stretching. Workouts include strength training, metabolic conditioning, cardiovascular exercises, HIIT, core work, corrective exercises, flexibility exercises with the use of kettlebells, weights, bodybars, TRX, medicine balls, BOSU and can include boxing.
Group training sessions are 50 minutes and are for 2-5 people. The sessions are still designed specific to each client in the group. They begin with a dynamic warm-up, flexibility work and some partner exercises such as medicine ball slams. The sessions work on the same principles as private but in a fun, motivating, supportive environment. Whether done with friends or strangers, bonds are formed and participants look after each other and help push one another to work to their capacity and meet his or her goals. Sometimes the sessions are in a bootcamp style with tabata exercises or relay exercises. The friendly competition drives clients to work harder. Sessions end with a cool down and some stretching.
